An Indian food & beverage group. Built for the export floor.
A category-led group, organised the way specialist houses actually deliver quality.
Agro Brands Private Limited operates three independent brands across rice, pulses, tea, coffee and packaged water. Each house is built around a single category, with its own sourcing network, packaging discipline and buyer base.
Khidmat is our premium aged-basmati line. Sundarbans covers the everyday Indian staples — pulses, regional rice, single-estate tea and South Indian coffee. Polar runs packaged drinking water and a functional beverage line under BIS and ISO 22000 systems.
The group is privately held, profitably run, and operated by a lean leadership team that reviews every dispatch against a written QC standard. We are built to clear FSSAI, MSME, Startup India and IEC compliance — all four registrations in progress, expected on file shortly.
Thirty-five years in the trade. Three houses. One standard.
- 1991A trader begins
Our founding director, Sanjay Gupta, steps onto the Indian agricultural commodity floor — pulses, rice, oilseeds — and starts building the supplier relationships the group would one day inherit.
- 2018A second generation reads the market
Paras Gupta completes an MSc in International Marketing Management from the University of Leeds, and turns the family's three decades of sourcing into a brand-led, export-first thesis.
- 2026Agro Brands incorporated
Agro Brands Private Limited is formally incorporated in Uttar Pradesh — thirty-five years of trade experience, now organised as three category-led houses: Khidmat, Sundarbans and Polar.
- SoonCompliance, on file
FSSAI, MSME, Startup India and IEC registrations are all in progress and expected on file shortly — every shipment is built to clear them from day one.
